I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. We weren’t really sure what we wanted or how the process worked but after we left, we were sure we made the right choice with a lot of guidance. We ended up highly satisfied with the quality and overall recommendations that were made. Installation was just as smooth as my sale. Installers were what seemed like in and out and left no sign of being there unlike other installations we’ve had with other companies. Thanks for a great experience! We’ll be back!

I initially had 4 windows replaced in 2018, and from my first meeting with Kevin Keagan, I was impressed. Upon arrival the installation team was first class, professional and neat. They left the space much cleaner than when they began. Today, I signed another contract to replace the sliders in the condo and will no doubt have the same positive experience. Replacement windows take time and I am grateful for the 250 kilowatt reduction in my electric bill. Great Job!

We had six windows and a sliding glass door replaced by Window World. In addition, the windows now look and work great since they were replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled by Window World, making good on their warranty. The installers were respectful of our home and personable as well.

This company, the owner and everyone who works there are awesome. Such a pleasant experience to work with them! Plus, the impact windows they sold me and installed work! I had an attempted break in recently and the window shattered, but it did NOT break through. Burglary attempt FAILED thanks to my new impact windows!

I’m very pleased with the quality and service of Window World. We had our windows installed 5 years ago and had one break (wouldn’t stay up) Chico came out, assessed the problem, ordered what we needed and returned to complete the job. Chico was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Great job. Very professional.

As a first time home owner, upgrading things around the house can be difficult and at times scary, but when it came time pick new windows the employees at Window World took away all the stress. I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Installation went smoothly as well. I 100% recommend going to window world for all your window needs.

Did a fantastic job on replacing 2 very large windows that were cracked from a hurricane. Have recommended to 2 people already and will be using them at the beginning of the year for impacts! Customer service is on point and pricing is very fair!
